Description
This template letter before action is typically used to enforce the terms and conditions of an existing agreement or for chasing debt from a person or company. The letter is recommended to be used for formalising a situation, or issuing a ‘final warning’, for example where a company or person is refusing to pay and where you may eventually need to resort to legal action.
The template letter is strongly but professionally worded and contains references to some specifics which you can input before sending. When chasing debt, it is recommended to conduct warnings formally and in writing, so that both parties know where they stand and understand the consequences of non compliance.
